BOOKING CONDITIONS - B&B ANTICA PIEVE :
Arrival From 14.00 until 19.00 o'clock
Departure Until 10.30 o'clock
Minimum Stay Period E: 2 nights, period F: 3 nights and in the remaining periods minimum stay is 1 night.
The price includes Rich breakfast buffet, air condition or heating, services and taxes.
The price doesn't include

Half board (20 Euro per person), extra bed (25 Euro/day).
Booking

In order to book definitely, it is necessary to send the credit card data as guarantee of the booking or a 30% down payment.
Cancellation for cancellations before 7 days of arrival day no charge; for cancellations from 7 days to 2 days from arrival day 20% of total cost charge; for cancellations of the previous day of arrival day 50% of total cost charge; no show: first night cost if your stay is of 1 or 2 nights or 50% of total cost if your stay is much than 2 nights.
Deposit
NOTE

Upon request small pets are allowed. On request it is possible also to arrive during different arrival hours.
