The Hotel Resort Antico Casale di Scansano, in the countryside of the Maremma Tuscany has from this year on holiday apartments available, ideal for families or guests desiring a certain independence without renouncing of hotel comfort and service. There are 14 apartments available, two- and 4-roomed flats.
The apartments are situated just a two minute walk (200 m) from the hotel complex and can make use of all services offered by the hotel (restaurant, outdoor and indoor swimming pool, Spa centre, bar, riding school). The apartments are tastefully furnished in the same style of the hotel rooms with elegant wooden, Tuscan countrystyle furniture, wrought iron beds, terracotta pavements.... They are equipped with each modern comfort such as air conditioning, completely equipped kitchens (stove, oven, fridge, kitchenware etc.), satellite TV, direct dialing telephone as well as terrace or small front garden with garden furniture.

2-roomed apartment (2+2 pers.)
The two-roomed flats can be on the ground floor or on the first floor. Those on the ground floor have a small front garden, whereas the apartments on the first floor have a terrace in front of the entrance. They are composed as follows:

• bathroom with shower and hairdryer

• terrace or garden

4-roomed apartment (4+2 pers.)
The four-roomed flats are subdivided over two floors, can accommodate 4 up to 6 people and is equipped as follows:
Ground Floor

• spacious living room with fireplace and TV

• kitchen with dishwasher and oven

• bathroom with shower and hairdryer

• terrace or garden

A narrow winding staircase leads up to the First Floor
