Bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, weekly and final cleaning (daily cleaning is not offered), dinner does also include water and wine. |

Children until 3 years free. Children until 12 years 50% discount (together with parents in the room); pets allowed upon request (€ 3.00 per day); supplement of € 10.00 for just one night stay; 40% extra charge for double as single room. |

| Booking |
Bookings by telephone, fax and e-mail are accepted and have to be confirmed through a 40% down payment (without without any costs for the accommodation). The down payment can be paid through credit card, bank transfer or postal order. In case of booking only a few days before the arrival date, please perform immediately the down payment and send the receipt of the payment by fax. The balance has to be paid at the moment of arrival (in cash form or by credit card). |

| Cancellation |
In case of cancellation of the reservation will be applied the following penalities: from 45 to 30 days before the arrival date 20 % of the total amount; between 29 days and 1 day before the arrival date 40% of the total booking amount; after the arrival date is required the payment of the total booking amount. |
