| Minimum Stay |
The minimum stay varies according to the time of the year. June, July, August and September: minimum stay is 3 nights for the 1-roomed apartments Gelsomino and Magnolia as well as for the apartment Vigna (without terrace). For all the other apartments, minimum stay is from Saturday to Saturday. During the rest of the year we do accept minimum stays in all apartments. |

| The price includes |
Bed linen and towels, use of the swimming pool, use of the barbecue, final cleaning, air conditioning (for those apartments that are equipped with it). |

| The price doesn't include |
Use of the washing machine (in common use), extra linen, heating (will be measured and guests will pay according to consumption), bike rental, farm products. |

| Booking |
After confirmation of the reservation request we require the payment of 25% of the total that can be paid through credit card, bank transfer or postal order. The balance has to be paid on the arrival. |

| Cancellation |
For cancellations between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date will be required 25% of the total booking amount. If the cancellations takes place between 14 and 4 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount is required. For cancellation between 4 and 0 days before the arrival date a penalty of 80% of the total amount has to be paid. |
