From ROME (about 1,5 to 2 hours)
1. Take the motorway in the direction of CIVITAVECCHIA. 

2. At Civitavecchia will end the motorway, so go on the highway Superstrada SS 1 towards GROSSETO/LIVORNO and after about 1 hour exit at FOLLONICA NORD and turn then right towards FOLLONICA. 

3. After a few hundred metres you will find a roundabout, where you continue straight towards Grosseto (don't turn right towards Follonica!!!). 

4. Continue always straigth until you will find the 3rd entrance to Follonica, where you should turn right (you will see yellow signs Campeggio Baia dei Gabbiani). Drive down this street, where you will find another roundabout (left-hand side there is a big Commercial Centre), where you should still continue straight, always towards CASTIGLIONE DELLA PESCAIA. 

5. You will pass an underpass and on the top of the street you will find the next roundabout (in front of you the horserace), where you should turn right and then immediately left (Viale Europa), always continuing towards CASTIGLIONE/PUNTA ALA. At the next roundabout continue straight on, pass the traffic light, continuing always straight on, until you arrive at the last (!!!) roundabout, where you should turn right, towards CASTIGLIONE DELLA PESCAIA/PUNTA ALA. At the next crossing you should turn left and after about 4 km driving straight on the right-hand side the entrance of the Campsite Baia dei Gabbiani. 


From PISA (about 1 to 1,5 hours) 
1. Take the motorway A12 towards ROMA-GROSSETO, exit at ROSIGNANO and take the highway SUPERSTRADA SS1 in the direction of ROMA-GROSSETO-ISOLA d'ELBA. 

2. Exit at FOLLONICA NORD and turn then right towards FOLLONICA. 

3. After a few hundred metres you will find a roundabout, where you continue straight towards Grosseto (don't turn right towards Follonica!!!).

At the next crossing you should turn left and after about 4 km driving straight on the right-hand side the entrance of the Campsite Baia dei Gabbiani.
