The Rooms

B&B Antica Casa Le Rondini is composed of 5 Rooms and 1 mini-apartment. From the entrance, guests access directly the inviting lounge with comfortable sofas and arm chairs. Next to it, Fulvia's beautiful Tuscan kitchen with huge fireplace and typical farmhouse table. From the lounge, a Tuscan sandstone staircase leads up to the two upper floors, where are situated the rooms, all with private bathroom. There is one luxury suite available, two comfort rooms and two standard double rooms. Each room has a wardrobe, bedside tables and telephone plugs for internet connection. In the well-cared garden in front of the palazzo, guests can make use of the tasteful garden furniture and of the small lemon house, where they can find everything necessary (small cooking point, fridge ecc.) in order to get prepared a small meal. 

Le Rondini Suite
Le Rondini Suite is situated on the first floor. It is a very elegant suite with fireplace and third bed as well as bathroom with shower. From the room windows one can see the small aley Via Pierucci, the characteristic roofs and the garden, whereas from the bathroom one enjoys a beautiful view over the landscape lying behind. This room is the pride of the building, because walls and ceilings are completely covered with frescoes that are showing swallows meaning "rondini" in Italian. Therefore the name "Antica Casa Le Rondini". Everything has been restored with great patience in order to obtain the original state. The double bed can be subdivided into two single beds.

Room Le Ghirlande
Also the comfort room Le Ghirlande is situated on the first floor. In this room have been recuperated only the frescoes in some parts of the walls. The bathroom is very particular and also with frescoes. Both, room and bathroom offer a panorama over the village and the garden.

Room Gialla
This comfort room is situated on the second floor. It is very spacious and therefore there was also enough space for a third bed to be used also as sofa. Also the room Gialla (yellow) has a fireplace made from the local sandstone. From this room it is possible to view a glimpse of the village, its narrow alleys, the red-tiled roofs and the garden, whereas from the bathroom (with shower) it is possible to enjoy the panorama of the countryside behind the village.

Room Rosa
The standard double room Rosa (rose) is situated on the second floor of the building. It has a spcious bathroom with shower and it is possible to enjoy a nice view over the village and the garden.

Camera Celeste
The standard double room Celeste is situated on the second floor. It has a spacious bathroom with shower. Celeste is furnished with art-deco style furniture and has a very large double bed. From the room windows there is a nice view over the village and the garden with lemon house.

Mini-Apartment Verde
The mini-apartment Verde is situated also on the second floor and offers from all the rooms a beautiful view over the green hills lying behind the village. The apartment is composed of:

• living room with kitchen corner and sofa bed (2 Pers.)

• small bath with shower

• spacious double room
