BOOKING CONDITIONS - B&B VILLA FLORA Arrival: From 12.00 until 20.00o'clock Departure: Until 11.00o'clock Minimum stay: 1 night in low season. The price includes: Bed & Breakfast, towels, bed linen, heating, air conditioning, daily room cleaning. The price doesn't include: Extras. Booking: At the moment of booking is required a 30% down payment of the total of stay to be paid through bank transfer or money order. Payment on the spot in cash form, by cash or credit card. Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the reservation it is possibile to use the down payment for another stay during the current year, otherwise we reserve the right, not to return the money. Deposit: In case of long stays or particular conditions, we reserve the right to ask a down payment. Credit cards: NOTE: Villa Flora is open whole year round. Please request through e-mail our seasonal and last minute offers. In case that you have to arriva in different hours than above indicated, please contact us. Pets are subject to agreement.
