At the moment of booking is required a 30% down payment of the total of stay to be paid through bank transfer or money order. Payment on the spot in cash form, by cash or credit card. |

| Cancellation |
In case of cancellation of the reservation it is possibile to use the down payment for another stay during the current year, otherwise we reserve the right, not to return the money. |

In case of long stays or particular conditions, we reserve the right to ask a down payment. |
