BOOKING CONDITIONS - VILLA OLIVETO :
Arrival	From 16.00 until 19.00 o'clock
Departure	Until 10.00 o'clock
Minimum Stay	B&B: 2 nights. COTTAGE: 1 week, from Saturday to Saturday.
The price includes	B&B: overnight stay, breakfast, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, gas. COTTAGE: rental, bed linen, towels, water, electricity, gas.
The price doesn't include	COTTAGE: breakfast, final cleaning (€ 50).
Booking	30% down payment through bank transfer.
Cancellation	In case of cancellation of the reservation, the down payment won't be paid back.
Deposit
NOTE	Credit cards are not accepted. Small dogs on request.
