Room for 2 people, breakfast buffet, water, electricity, heating, daily room and bathroom cleaning (except on Sunday), linen change every 3 days or according the guest's needs, electric fan with remote control under the under the ceiling, use of the pool, the sun deck and garden, bathrobe and bath towel for the use at the swimming pool, open bar, bikes, Happy Hour, daily cleaning. |

Everything that has not expressively been mentioned as included in the price and any extra services such as internet and fax. |

| Booking |
At the moment of booking 30% down payment through bank transfer or credit card as guarantee of the booking. The balance has to be paid before departure in cash form or by credit card. |

| Cancellation |
If the cancellation of the reservation takes place between 30 and 11 days before the arrival date, will be charged 50% of the total amount of the stay; between 10 days until the day of arrival 100% has to be paid. |

| NOTE |
Arrival according to the above indicated hours or previous appointment. The swimming pool is open from 10 a.m. until 1.30 p.m. and from 3.30 until 6.30 p.m. and bathing-cap is required. The villa is a NON-SMOKING accommodation and guests are required to respect the peace of the others. |
