 BOOKING CONDITIONS - PUNTALA CAMPING RESORT : |

| Minimum Stay |
CAMPING: bookings go from Saturday to Saturday. In season F, we request a minimum stay of two weeks. During all other seasons, minimum stay is one week. BUNGALOWS: bookings are accepted for a minimum of one week* in seasons C, D, E, F. In seasons A and B bookings are accepted for a minimum of two nights*. Arrivals scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays depending on the kind of accommodation. |

| The price includes |
CAMPING: tax, electricity 220 V, hot water, day-time and evening entertainment (with the exception of specific events) and miniclub in seasons C, D, E, F; use of the playground (with the exception of specific structures). BUNGALOW: tax, electricity, water up to 200 liters per person per day, utilities, furniture, kitchen utensils, external area with table and chairs, weekly change of bed and bathroom linens, day-time and evening entertainment (with the exception of specific events) and miniclub in seasons C, D, E, F; use of the playground (with the exception of specific structures). |

CAMPING: Booking charge of Euro 25.00 (non refundable).
BUNGALOWS: Booking charge of Euro 25.00 (non refundable). extra water supply at the cost of Euros 0,02 per liter and all else which is not clearly stated above.

| Booking |
CAMPING: during seasons C, D, E, F a down payment of Euros 150,00 is necessary for every week of booking; whereas during seasons A and B the down payment is of Euros 75,00 for every week of booking. BUNGALOW: a deposit of 50% must be paid within one week of booking. The balance must be forwarded no later than 20 days from the beginning of the holiday (with postmark taken as proof). Should the booking request be made within 20 days of the start of the holiday, the entire amount must be paid upon confirmation. |

| Cancellation |
if the cancellation reaches the booking office between the confirmation and 30 days before the start of the holiday, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded; between the 30th and the 15th day before the start of the holiday, 20% will be refunded. Beyond this deadline, there will be no refund. |

| Deposit |
BUNGALOW: upon arrival we will request a deposit to pay for eventual damages (whether to structure or original equipment), even though accidental, to the accommodation unit: we kindly request that you verify the integrity and the exact amount of all equipment as soon as you enter your accommodation by comparison with an inventory posted in each accommodation (usually inside one of the kitchen cabinets) and that you inform the Reception, within two hours from check-in, of any missing or damaged items. |
