Camping Village Le Rocchette is embedded into 12 ha of shady pinewood, 300 m from the beach and 7 km from the seaside resort  Castiglione della Pescaia, Maremma Tuscany away.
The Holiday Village Le Rocchette takes its name from the place, lying precisely between Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala.
The village is composed of 75 charming bungalows, offering space for 2 up to 6 persons, as well as a camping area with pitches and the possibility of caravan rental.

In this beautiful frame, between green coastal hills and the sea, is situated the splendid swimming pool of 2000 sq.m., equipped also with 3 whirlpools and 2 children pools.
Around this huge pool area, there are sun beds and beach umbrellas (on payment) as well as sitting areas, surrounded by palms.
The pool bar offers from the early morning on breakfast, different types of snacks, cocktails, pool service.

The elegant MAMA Restaurant is situated above the swimming pool area.
Guests can start here pleasantly the day with a rich breakfast, continue with lunch and end the day with a nice dinner, enjoying the well selected menu à la carte. There are special menus for kids.
Guests have the possibility to book half and full board service at the restaurant.

A well trained animation team will accompany our guests during the stay in form of activities such as sport, tennis and football tournaments (2 tennis courts, 1 football field), water gym, stretching, evening shows, musicals, cabaret shows... every day a different programme.
For the small guests (5-12 years), there is the mini club with always changing activities at the playground, in the pool area or on the beach. Your kids will be assisted by specialized personel, with a pre-fixed timetable.

At the village's wellness area, body and mind can benefit from plantar reflexology and body massages. From 2008 on, there will be a Turkish bath with relaxing area.
Camping Village Le Rocchette is furthermore provided with a well-supplied market, opened everyday, also on Sunday, where holidaymakers can find als cigarettes, journals and local products.
There is also a boutique and an internet point. Castiglione della Pescaia can be reached through bike; nearby is starting a bike lane, over 30 km length, reaching until Grosseto.

Those who did not bring their bike, can rent it on the spot. From June to September, there is also the possibility to reach Castiglione by public shuttle bus service. 
The village of Castiglione della Pescaia has approximately 8000 inhabitants and boasts antique origins, visible everywhere in the surroundings in the Etruscan excavations at Vetulonia or Roselle. From 2005 on, the seaside resort was awarded with 5 blue flags of FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education), an award for excellent water quality, environmental education and information, environmental management, safety and other services.

The seaside resort was placed therefore leader of the Italian seaside resorts regarding water quality and services.
In fact, there is a beautiful beach starting from Castiglione centre both, towards north and south, interrupted only by the river flowing through the village with the exclusive yacht harbour. A charming historic centre is developping towards the hill, until reaching the medieval castle, dominating the coast. 
There are many hilltop villages in the surroundings or other seaside resorts  worth visiting and with excellent restaurants. At the reception, village guests can book organized excursions to the most important places in Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano etc. , to Rome and on the sea, visiting the Tuscan islands.
