| The price includes |
1) For stays of up to one week: local taxes, use of the reception desk, one change of complete linen (dining, bathroom, bedroom), utilities (electricity and water) and high-speed internet connection.
2) For stays of over one week: local taxes, use of the reception desk, high-speed internet connection. Use of the laundry (washing machine and dryer). |

| The price doesn't include |
1) For any length of stay: extra linen changes (€12 per person), extra cleaning (€ 20 per hour).
2) For staying of more than one week: plus utilities (electricity and water), based on consumption. |

| Booking |
A reservation for a given property unit during the requested period shall be considered confirmed upon receipt of valid credit card information at which time a non refundable 30 percent deposit will immediately be charged to secure the accommodation at "La Casa del Garbo".
The balance of the rental fee will be paid by cash or credit card upon arrival.
For apartment leases exceeding four weeks, timely cash or credit card rent payments shall be made at the beginning of each month. |

| Cancellation |
The following penalty fees apply to total or partial reservation cancellations and will be charged to the client's credit card: 30% of total stay charges for cancellations made 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival;
50% of total stay charges for cancellations made 59 to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival;
75% of total stay charges for cancellations made 29 to 6 days prior to scheduled arrival;
100% of total stay charges for cancellations made 5 days or less prior to scheduled arrival. |

For stays over one month in any of the suites there are special rates, to be agreed on with the property.
Clients are kindly requested to check-in between 15:00 and 18:00, unless otherwise advised, and to check-out by 10 a.m. the day of departure. Clients are also requested to notify "La Casa del Garbo" of their estimated arrival time one week prior to scheduled arrival, via fax (No. +39 055 265.60.73), or via e-mail.
