Apartments

The farm holidays Agriturismo Casa all'Olmo is situated outside Volterra and composed of 6 apartments, each of approx. 70 sq.m. They are all offering space for up to 4 people and composed of large living area/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bath with shower.
The apartments are equipped with everything necessary and have also satellite TV, as well as air conditioning (only 1st floor apartments). The apartments on the ground floor have an outside space on the back of the farmhouse, whereas the apartments on the upper floor can make use of the outside spaces in the garden.

Apartment Tinia (3 persone)
The apartment is situated on the first floor and takes the whole right area of the farmhouse. One reaches the apartment through a beautiful outside stone staircase, ending with a small kind of terrace in front of the entrance door that can be ideal for having breakfast. Tinaia offers space for 3 people and is equipped as follows:

• large living area with adiacent kitchen/dining room

• double room

• bedroom with French bed

• bath with shower

Apartment Fufluns (4 persone)
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and has on the back of the apartment (access from the living room) an outside sitting area. Fufluns offers space for 4 people and is also equipped for people using a wheelchair, allowing them to move independently. Fufluns is composed as follows:

• living area with adiacent kitchen/dining room

• double room

• bedroom with two single beds

• bath with shower (wheelchair accessible, view photo gallery)

Apartment Tages (4 persone)
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and has on the back of the apartment (access from the living room) an outside sitting area. "Tages" offers space for 4 people and is also equipped for people using a wheelchair, allowing them to move independently. It is practically the "mirror" to Fufluns and is therefore equally composed:

• living area with adiacent kitchen/dining room

• double room

• bedroom with two single beds

Apartment Luni (4 persone)
The apartment is situated on the first floor can be reached through an inner, centuries old stone staircase that is also used by the neighbouring apartment "Turan". Luni offers space for 4 people and is equipped as follows:

• living area with adiacent kitchen/dining room

• double room

• bedroom with two single beds

• bath with shower

Apartment Turan (4 persone)
The apartment is situated on the first floor can be reached through an inner, centuries old stone staircase that is also used by the neighbouring apartment "Luni". "Turan" is the mirror apartment of Luni and therefore equally equipped:

• living area with adiacent kitchen/dining room

• double room

• bedroom with two single beds

• bath with shower
