BOOKING CONDITIONS - AGRITURISMO CASA ALL'OLMO :
Arrival From 15.00 until 19.00 o'clock
Departure Until 10.00 o'clock
Minimum Stay 7 nights (from Saturday to Saturday)
The price includes Use of the apartment equipped with bed linen and towels, kitchen towels, towels for the swimming pool, electricity, water, final cleaning.
The price doesn't include

Cleaning of the living area (daily € 30), use of the washing machine (€ 6), heating (€ 12/day), air conditioning (€ 12/day).
Booking

30% down payment through bank transer. The balance has to be paid by cash on the arrival.
Cancellation If the holidaymaker cancels the reservation, the down payment will be kept.
Deposit € 100/apartment
