Applications for weekends and short lets are welcome although these can only be made available at short notice. Such lets are unlikely to be available during peak holiday periods. |

| Booking |
A Euro 150 deposit (for each week booked) to be paid with submission of the Booking Form. The balance of the rent must be paid in full 28 days prior to commencement of the holiday let. For bookings made within 28 days of commencement of the holiday let, the full rent should be paid with the booking. |

| Cancellation |
Upon issue of a confirmation of booking, the Hirer is liable for full payment in accordance with the foregoing Terms and Conditions. In the unfortunate event of the Hirer having to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible to enable the property to be re-let. If it is re-let, then the Hirer will only forfeit the deposit. Any balance of payment already made will be promptly returned.

| NOTE |
Hirers are strongly recommended to take out insurance against the consequential costs of cancellation. Pets may be accepted, but only by prior arrangement and on condition that the property is thoroughly cleaned by the Hirer such that no sign of the pet is evident in the house the time of departure. Use of the outside pool only after accordance with property. |
