Air-condition/heating (Archi, Fienile je € 10/day; Torretta € 15/day). |

| Booking |
30% of the total amount of the stay at the moment of the reservation through bank transfer or postal order that can't be paid back. The remaining 70% should be paid within 30 days before the arrival date. |

| Cancellation |
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the down paymento won't be paid back. |

| NOTE |
Animals are not allowed. The apartments should be left as they were found. If this shouldn't be the case, the cleaning expenses will be charged. All three apartments can be rented together, having the swimming pool and surrounding garden at exclusive disposal. |
