BOOKING CONDITIONS - CASA NOVA VINCI :
Arrival From 15.00 until 19.00 o'clock
Departure Until 10.00 o'clock
Minimum Stay 3 days during the high season
The price includes Gas, water, electricity, swimming pool with water massage, final cleaning (only if the apartments were left tidy), towels, bed and kitchen linen (for stays longer than 7 days with weekly change).
The price doesn't include

Air-condition/heating (Archi, Fienile je € 10/day; Torretta € 15/day), final cleaning in case of rental of all 3 apartments together (€ 120).
Booking

30% of the total amount of the stay at the moment of the reservation through bank transfer or postal order that can't be paid back. The remaining 70% should be paid within 30 days before the arrival date.
Cancellation In case of cancellation of the reservation, the down paymento won't be paid back.
Deposit
NOTE

Animals are not allowed. The apartments should be left as they were found. If this shouldn't be the case, the cleaning expenses will be charged. All three apartments can be rented together, having the swimming pool and surrounding garden at exclusive disposal.
