| Booking |
At the moment of reservation has to be made a 30% down payment of the total stay through credit card, bank transfer, postal order or with traveller cheque. The balance has to be paid before the departure with credit card or in cash form. |

| Cancellation |
In case of cancellation of the reservation until 51 days before the arrival date, the 30% down payment will be kept. In case of cancellation of the reservation between 50 and 31 days before the arrival date are required 50% of the total booking amount. In case of cancellation of the reservation between 30 and 11 days before the arrival date are required 70% of the total booking amount. In case of cancellation of the reservation between 10 and 0 before the arrival date is required the payment of the total booking amount (100%). |
