BOOKING CONDITIONS - AGRITURISMO CERALTI Arrival: From 17.00 until 20.00o'clock Departure: Until 10.00o'clock Minimum stay: Normally 1 week that is from Saturday to Satuday. During the low season and in case that the apartments are not booked, also shorter stays are possible. The price includes: Electricity, water, gas, final cleaning (the apartment has to be left clean and tidy), blanket for the beds. The price doesn't include: Linen (€ 15/pers. bed linen and towels that is 1bath towel, 1 towel, 1 guest towel), heating (except Iris where it is possible to get a stove), air conditioning (at present only available in the apartment Rosa and the cottage Mimosa). Booking: 30% down payment through bank transfer at the moment of the booking. The balance has to be paid on the arrival in cash form or, in particular cases, by credit card. Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the reservation, the down payment won't be paid back. Credit cards: NOTE: Pets are only admitted on request and only during the lower seasons. Please advice in case that you are not able to arrive within the indicated arrival time.
