From Rome

1. Take the motorway towards CIVITAVECCHIA.

2. Arrived at Civitavecchia, the motorway will and therefore drive on the SUPERSTRADA SS1 towards GROSSETO/LIVORNO and exit at Donoratico. 

3. At the roundabout turn right towards Castagneto-Carducci, drive over the bridge and on the junction turn right, following towards Donoratico, along the antique Aurelia road.

4. Pass through the village of Donoratico and as soon as you leave the village, turn left, towards Castagneto Carducci and after you've seen on your left greenhouse you have to turn left (sign "Ceralti") and follow this small statal road until you'll see the access road to the farmhouse on your right.

From Pisa

1. Take the motorway A12 towards ROMA-GROSSETO and exit at ROSIGNANO. 

2. From there take the SUPERSTRADA SS1 towards ROMA-GROSSETO-ISOLA d'ELBA.

3. Exit at Donoratico. 

4. At the roundabout turn right towards Castagneto-Carducci, drive over the bridge and on the junction turn right, following towards Donoratico, along the antique Aurelia road.

5. Pass through the village of Donoratico and as soon as you leave the village, turn left, towards Castagneto Carducci and after you've seen on your left greenhouse you have to turn left (sign "Ceralti") and follow this small statal road until you'll see the access road to the farmhouse on your right.
