From ROME
1.
Take
the motorway towards Civitavecchia.
2.
When
you arrive at Civitavecchia the motorway ends and one
goes directly on the highway Superstrada SS
1 towards GROSSETO/LIVORNO (approximately
one hour and a half).
3.
About
15 minutes after Grosseto Nord, you have to exit at MASSA
MARITTIMA and go then towards Scarlino.
4.
You
arrive at a junction, where you will see in front of
you a supermarket. Go straight and always towards CASTIGLIONE
DELLA PESCAIA and PUNTA ALA.
5.
A
few metres after the beginning of the small harbour
town PUNTONE, you will arrive again at a
junction, where you should turn left, towards CASTIGLIONE
DELLA PESCAIA and PUNTA ALA.
6.
As soon after you have turned left, the road wins up a
hill (from now on, less than five minutes!). When the
road goes down again, after a curve it starts to
become level again, you should turn left into a dirt
road (yellow sign with Agriturismo Il
Cerrosughero), go up the hill and you will be
arrived.
From Pisa (about
1 hour)
1.
Take
the motorway (autostrada) A12 towards ROMA-GROSSETO;
exit at ROSIGNANO and take the SUPERSTRADA SS1
towards GROSSETO.
2.
Exit at MASSA MARITTIMA and follow then
towards Puntone/Castiglione della Pescaia
and Punta Ala.
4.
You
arrive at a junction, where you will see in front of
you a supermarket. Go straight and always towards CASTIGLIONE
DELLA PESCAIA and PUNTA ALA.
5.
