Electricity, water, gas, bed linen and towels for 1 week, final cleaning. |

| Booking |
To consider the reservation valid, a 40% down payment of the total booking amount is required, to be paid through bank transfer or through the sending of the credit card information. |

| Cancellation |
In case of cancellation of the reservation it is not possible to return the 40% down payment. |

| Deposit |
At the moment of arrival, the holidaymaker has to deposit € 150 for every apartment and for every week of stay. |

| NOTE |
Arrival between 3 and 6 pm. In case of delay, please advice. Each apartment has avaiability of a sofa bed for 1 up to 2 persons. Furthermore, Il Poeta and Il Sognatore have a mansard where children up to 12 years will find comfortably space. |
