General Conditions
Arrival	from 4 pm until 8 pm

Departure	Until 10 am

The price includes	ROOMS: taxes, final cleaning, linen with change after 7 days, blankets, pillows, TV, heating, gas, hot water, electricity, kitchenware, breakfast supply(rusk, milk, coffee, tea, jams and/or honey), kitchen use, pool use. MOBILE HOMES: taxes, final cleaning, bed sheets with change after 7 days, blankets, pillows, TV, air conditioning, heating, gas, hot water, electricity, kitchenware,pool use. PITCHES: taxes, water consuption, gas, electricity, use of the swimming pool.

The price doesn't include	ROOMS: extra bed linen change €10; only towels €5; extra cleaning on request: € 40,00; dinner on request (farm products and local products € 20 including drinks). MOBILE HOMES: extra linen change: complete €10; only towels €5; Extra cleaning on requst € 40.

Booking	After the confirmation of availabilty, to confirm booking is required a 30% down payment. The balance has to be paid on the arrival. Payment can be made: cash form, bank transfer, credit cards (VISA – Mastercard).

Cancellation	In case of confirmation of the reservation, the down payment won't be paid back.
