General Conditions
Arrival	from 15.00 until 18.00

Departure	until 10.30

Minimum Stay	During festivities and Bank holidays, minimum stay is 3 nights. During peak season only weekly stays.

The price includes	Bed and bath linen with every 3 day change, daily cleaning, use of the swimming pool (01.05.-30.09.), mountain bike.

The price doesn't include	Drinks, laundry service, extra bed. In case of B&B booking, lunch (22 Euro excl. drinks), dinner (22 Euro excl. drinks), kid menu (12 Euro).

Booking	In order to confirm booking is required a 30% down payment through bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation	In case of cancellation of the reservation, the down payment won't be paid back.
