General Conditions
Arrival	3-6 p.m. In case of arrival outside these hours, please advice in advance.

Departure	by 10 a.m.

Minimum Stay	2 nights in low season, 7 nights (Sat-Sat) in Summer.

The price includes	Use of the house with completely equipped kitchen (kitchenware, fridge, oven, dishwasher), water, electricity, gas, weekly cleaning, towels, bed linen, parking, swimming pool (June-September), cot, firewood, hairdryer.

The price doesn't include	Pets (€ 30 for the whole stay), air conditioning. Casale Ulisse: heating during the winter months

Booking	30% down payment at the moment of booking through bank transfer. The balance has to be paid at the moment of arrival in cash form.

Cancellation	In case of cancellation, the down payment won't be paid back.

Deposit	€ 250 to be deposited at the moment of booking that will be paid back on departure (after checking the house).
