General Conditions
Arrival	from 4 until 6.30 p.m.

Departure	by 10 o'clock

Minimum Stay	3 days during low season, 7 days in peak season

The price includes	Use of the completely fitted out apartments including everything necessary for the stay.

The price doesn't include	Final cleaning (Amaryllis 1-4 € 35, App.to Borgo € 45; church apartments 4 pers. € 60, whole church € 180, hall ex church € 60), heating .

Booking	within 72 hours after booking is required a 40% down payment of the total booking amount through bank transfer, paypal or credit card.

Cancellation	a) For cancellation made up to 60 days from the date of arrival: refund of the whole amount b) For cancellation made up to 14-60 days from the date of arrival: refund of 50% of the whole amount c) Every cancellation made less than 14 days before the date of arrival is not entitled of any refund.
