General Conditions
Arrival	from 15.00 until 20.00

Departure	until 11.00

The price includes	Overnight stay and breakfast buffet, taxes and services, daily room cleaning, parking, swimming pool, cot for children 0-4 years free, extra bed for kids 4-10 years in suite free, WI-FI internet in common spaces.

The price doesn't include	Lunch and dinner (by special request), drinks, cooking courses, extra bed for adult in suite (€ 40/night), extra bed children 11-15 years (€ 25/night).

Booking	In order to book definitely, a 30% down payment to be paid with bank transfer or through credit card is required. The remaining should be paid at the moment of arrival by cash or credit card.

Cancellation	In case of cancellation of the reservation, the down payment won't be paid back.

Note	Rooms: for a stay of at least 5 nights in peak season: 5% discount. Junior Villa includes also Service from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. daily room cleaning, breakfast. The rental of the whole villa includes service from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m., daily room cleaning, use of the private pool, wine tasting.
