General Conditions
Arrival	Between 3 and 7 p.m.

Departure	By 10 a.m.

Minimum Stay	2 nights

The price includes	Breakfast, heating, electricity, water, bed linen towels, daily room cleaning and towel change every 3 days.

The price doesn't include	Extra bed (€ 20 per day), baby bed (€ 10/day).

Booking	Down payment at the moment of booking.

Cancellation	If the cancellation takes place between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date, will be applied a cancellation fee of 30% of the total amount. If the cancellation takes place between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date, will be applied 50% of the total amount. If the cancellation takes place between 6 and 0 days before the arrival date, will be applied 80% cancellation fee of the total amount. In case of no show, the customer has to pay the entire amount of the stay booked.
