General Conditions
Arrival from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Minimum Stay 1 night in low season.

The price includes Bed & Breakfast, towels, bed linen, heating, air conditioning, daily room cleaning, wireless internet.

The price doesn't include   Extras. Extra services with special agreements: 10% discount in some restaurants in Marina di Pietrasanta, bike rental (city and mountainbikes that will be brought on the spot), massages, bathing establishment.

Booking At the moment of booking is required a 30% down payment of the total of stay to be paid through bank transfer or money order. Payment on the spot in cash form, by cash or credit card.

Cancellation In case of cancellation of the reservation it is possibile to use the down payment for another stay during the current year, otherwise we reserve the right, not to return the money.

Deposit In case of long stays or particular conditions, we reserve the right to ask a down payment.

In case that you have to arriva in different hours than above indicated, please contact us. Pets are subject to agreement. Please advice in your request and booking.
