General Conditions
Arrival	3 p.m. (on request and depending on the availability: early check-in)

Minimum Stay	1 night for the rooms, 3 nights for the apartments

The price includes	APARTMENTS: Overnight stay. bed linen and towles (with mid-weekly change), air conditioning, mid-weekly cleaning (kitchen not included) and final cleaning, use of the swimming pool and of the wellness center (from May to October), parking, WI-FI in the common internal and outside spaces. ROOMS: bed & breakfast, bed linen and towles (with mid-weekly change), air conditioning and heating, daily room cleaning, use of the swimming pool and of the wellness center (from May to October), parking, WI-FI in the common internal and outside spaces.

The price doesn't include	APARTMENTS: breakfast (on request €12 p.p./day), 3rd bed (€ 30 per day), cot (€ 15/day), breakfast (€ 12 p.p./day, € 6 children 3-5 years, free for children 0-3 years), heating, firewood (€ 30/day including lightning and cleaning by the staff), stone oven (€ 100/day including lightning and cleaning by the staff), extra linen change (€ 10/change), extra cleaning (Le Rondini/Colomba € 30/day, La Tortora € 40/day, Aromi/Fiori € 60/day), small sized dogs (€ 15/day), laundry (€ 5/washing cicle incl. detergent, use of ironing and ironing board), resort tax (from 1st March until 31st October €1.50 p.p. per day until 7 nights, chilren under 14 years are free). ROOMS: 3rd bed (€ 40/day), resort tax (from 1st March until 31st October €1.50 p.p. per day until 7 nights, chilren under 14 years are free).

Booking	In order to confirm booking is required a 30% down payment of the total booking amount through bank transfer. The balance has to be paid on the arrival by cash or credit card.

Cancellation	In case of cancellation, the 30% down payment won't be paid back until 11 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation takes place within 10 days before the arrival date, the entire booking amount has to be paid.

Credit Cards

Note	On request it is possible to receive beauty treatments or massages, a personal chef, transfer from/to the main airports in Tuscany (Florence, Pisa) and to the train station in Florence, baby sitter, personal shopper, bookings of guided visits and tickets for museums, Theater and events, winetours etc....
