General Conditions
Arrival	from 16.00 until 20.00

Departure	until 10.00

Minimum Stay	From 12.06 until 04.09.

The price includes	BUNGALOW: water, electricity, gas, towels, bed linen, final cleaning (min. stay 3 nights.

The price doesn't include	Club Card from 01.06 to 13.08. EUR 35.00 per week for bungalow type A and B, EUR 50.00 for bungalow type C and D. From 15th June until 6th September, each extra person in the bungalow has an extra cost of EUR 45 per week.

Booking	30% down payment.

Cancellation	The cancellation of the reservation has to made through letter, e-mail or postal mail. If the cancellation takes place between confirmation and 60th day before arrival date, 90% of the down payment will be paid back, between 59 and 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the down payment will be paid back. From 29 days before arrival date on, down payment won't be paid back. There won't be any price reduction in case that the holidaymaker arrives later or in case of anticipated departure. If the holidaymaker does not arrive and did not advice (by phone, fax, etc.) about the delay, the bungalow will be kept until 1 p.m. the day after the arrival day. After that, it will be considered a renunciation of the holiday.

Deposit	EUR 150 for the bungalows.
