General Conditions
Arrival	from 16.00 until 19.00

Departure	until 10.00

Minimum Stay	Short stays and weekends are only possibile for last minute requests and if available. Short stays are not possible during peak season.

The price includes	Rent, electricity, gas, water, towels and bed linen (will be provided).

The price doesn't include	Final cleaning (€ 80), extra bed (€ 50/person per week).

Booking	A down payment of € 150 for each booked week (bank transfer), within 1 week from our confirmation e-mail on, otherwise, the reservation will be considered automatically as invalid. The balance has to be paid 14 days before the arrival date.

Cancellation	After receiving the confirmation of the booking request, the holidaymaker has to pay down payment and balance according to the payment conditions. In case of cancellation, please let us know as soon as possibile, thus we are able to rent the house again. In case that we are able to rent the house again, we'll only keep the down payment.

Deposit	€ 100 on the arrival.

Note	We suggest to draw up travel insurance policy. Pets are not allowd. Casa del Fico is a NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION.
