Great offer availability for 2 people. During the low season of spring - autumn - winter, also large apartments (in accordance with our reservations calendar) are available at the same price of the 2 people's apartment LE SCALE.

General Conditions
Arrival	from 3 until 10 pm

Departure	until 10 am

The price includes	Linen with weekly change, electricity, water, gas, final cleaning.

The price doesn't include	Heating on consumption, maid service on request of client.

Cancellation	If the customer decides to cancel the reservation between 59 and 16 days before arrival: CASALE REFOLI will not return 80% of the rental agreement. If the customer decides to cancel the reservation within 15 days before arrival: CASALE REFOLI will not return 100% of the rental agreement.

Deposit	€ 150 to be deposited in cash-form on the arrival that will be returned, if the apartment is left in perfect conditions at the end of the stay.
