General Conditions
Arrival	from 16.00 until 19.00

Departure	until 10.00

Minimum Stay	3 nights.

The price includes	Electricity, water, gas, barbecue, mountain bikes, use of the washing machine, weekly cleaning, weekly linen change, final cleaning, air condition, use of the swimming pool (15.05.-30.09.).

The price doesn't include	Heating (€ 10/day), towels and bed linen (€ 10/person).

Booking	In order to book definitely, we ask a 30% down payment as confirmation. The balance has to be paid by cash on the arrival. In case that the balance is over € 1000 the balance should be paid before the arrival by bank transfer. The reason is that from this year on, in Italy it is not allowed anymore to pay amounts that are over € 1000 in cash form. Everything needs to be traceable.

Cancellation	In case of cancellation of the booking until and not later than 3 months before the arrival date, the down payment will be paid back.
