The price doesn't include	Final cleaning: € 40 double room, € 50 two-roomed flat, extra bed (€ 50).

Booking	30% down payment through bank transfer to confirm booking.

Cancellation	In case of cancellation of the reservation, the down payment won't be paid back.

Deposit	Please advice in case that the arrival time is different than indicated above!
