AGRITURISMO CERALTI - Apartments

Agriturismo Ceralti is situated in the midst of orchards and olive groves, just 4 km from Castagneto Carducci and 1 km from the seaside of the Etruscan Coast in Tuscany. The farm has an excellent wine production, belonging to the wine road of Bolgheri.
There are 6 apartments available, of which 4 are situated in the farmhouse, 1 in the annexe, the other small cottage ("Mimosa") about 500 km from the farmhouse. The accommodations on the ground floor have their own outside sitting space in front of the entrance, whereas the apartments situated on the upper floor, can dispose of the several sitting areas in the garden in front and behind the house. Furthermore there is a barbecue as well as a washing machine at the guest's disposal.

IRIS (3 pers.)
Iris is a small independent cottage next to the farmhouse. The accommodation disposes of an own outside space in front of the entrance and is composed as follows:

• double room with single bed

• bathroom with shower

GINESTRA (2+2 pers.)
The apartment "La Ginestra" is situated on the first floor of the farmhouse. This apartment can make use of one of the several outside sitting spaces located in the garden around. "La Ginestra" is composed as follows:

• living room/kitchen with sofa bed

• double room

• bathroom with shower

EDERA (4+1 pers.)
The apartment "Edera" is situated on the first floor of the manor house and can therefore make us of the outside sitting spaces in front and behind the building. The apartment is composed as follows:

• spacious living room/kitchen with fireplace

• spacious double room with one single bed

• twin bedroom

• bathroom with shower

ROSA (4 pers.)
The apartment is situated on the upper floor of the farmhouse, towards the back, where the sun is shining nearly the whole day and that's why this apartment is also equipped with air conditioning. Beautiful views over the hilly landscape with Bolgheri in the background. The guests of "La Rosa" can make use of the outside sitting spaces in the garden. The apartment is composed as follows:

• spacious living room/kitchen with fireplace

• spacious double room

• twin bedroom

• bathroom with shower

CASA MIMOSA (2-4 pers.)
Charming country cottage, completely fenced with huge private garden, just 500 m from the farmhouse away. In front of the entrance, there is a charming portico for outside eating. Casa Mimosa is equipped with air conditioning and composed as follows:

LILLA' (2 pers.)
1-roomed apartment situated on the ground floor of the farmhouse. The apartment Lillà is composed of one huge room (35 sq.m.) that is equipped as follows:

• small bathroom with shower
• completely equipped outside space
