Minimum Stay	2 nights in period D and E, 1 night during the other periods

The price includes	Room with breakfast buffet, bed and bath linen, air conditioning, parking, if half board are included breakfast and dinner, if full board are included breakfast, lunch and dinner, Internet Point.

The price doesn't include	Extra bed (€ 10 per day), Cot (€ 10 per day), Newspapers, Transfer Service, Internet Wifi, Bike Rental (€ 7 day), children menu, room service, fax service, Baby Sitter, table soccer (€ 0,50 per use), Laundry Service, Reduction 3rd person in room 10%), reduction for chilren in double room with 2 adults (2-5 years 50%, 6-12 years 30%), supplement superior room € 30/day.

Booking	In order to confirm booking, is required a 30% down payment through bank transfer or with credit card.

Cancellation	In case of cancellation of the booking, the down payment won't be paid back or if credit card as guarantee, the credit card will be charged with the 30%.
