The price includes |
Water, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels + kitchen linen, TV, use of the swimming pool (from mid May until mid Oct.) with sun beds and deck chairs, garden and barbecue, parking, 8 h daily heating (from mid Oct. until mid April). |

The price doesn't include |
heating on consumption for stays that are less than one week, cot or extra bed (€ 3/day), bed linen change (€ 7 p.p.), towel change (€10 p.p.), washing machine (€ 5 per washing), pets (€ 3 per day), restaurant. Please note that the apartments are consigned clean and tidy and we ask our guests to leave them as they found them. If the cooking corner, pots and plates are left dirty, will be charged € 50 for extra cleaning. |

Booking |
30% at moment of booking through bank transfer or postal order. The balance has to be paid on the arrival by cash or with credit card. |

Cancellation |
In case of cancellation until 40 days before the arrival date, the down payment won't be paid back. If the cancellation takes place between 39 and 16 days, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total. If the cancellation takes place between 15 and 0 days, the total booking amount has to be paid. |

|
Deposit |
€ 150 on the arrival by cash for possible damages that will be refund on the departure, deducting or caused damages or extra costs. |
