General Conditions
Arrival	from 15.00 until 19.00

Departure	until 10.00

Minimum Stay	During the high season one week, from Saturday to Saturday.

The price includes	Bed linen and towels with weekly change, use of the swimming pool use.

The price doesn't include	Heating (according to the consumption)

Booking	For a definite reservation we ask a 30% of advanced payment of the total through bank transfer. Afterwards you will get through e-mail a voucher as confirmation, which you should show on the arrival. The balance (70%) should be paid at the moment of arrival.

Deposit	€ 150 to be deposited in cash form at the moment of arrival. The deposit will be returned at the moment of departure after a complete check of the apartments, deducing from the amount possible costs (final cleaning, heating, damages).
