Booking |
Please note that at the moment of your reservation we require an advanced payment of 30% of the entire amount of the stay. Payment can be done by bank transfer or credit card. If you do not have this possibility, contact us for more information about other payment forms. |

Cancellation |
If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive AT LEAST 60 days before the staying, the cancellation fee of 30% of the entire amount will be applied.
If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive AT LEAST 30 days before the staying, the cancellation fee of 50% of the entire amount will be applied.
If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive within the two weeks before the staying, the cancellation fee will be 70% of the entire amount. If the guest fails to arrive, and does not communicate in advance via fax or e-mail or phone the failure to arrive, a full charge (100%) will be applied. |

The above indicated departure time is valid for the peak season in summer. Children (0-3 years free)! Rates are including rich breakfast buffet at our restaurant, also opened in the evening for tasty menues that are changing everz day. Rates for the dinner € 25 for adults, € 12 for children from 4 to 8 years. Special discounts if booked half board. |
