The price includes Towels, bed linen (incl. weekly change), gas, electricity, water, final cleaning for weekly stays, kitchenware.

The price doesn't include   Extra bed (EUR 15/day, EUR 100/week), cot (EUR 6/day, EUR 40/week), heating, breakfast (EUR 7 /day or EUR 35/week for adults, EUR 5/day or 25/week for children 5/10 years, dinner (EUR 23 for adults, EUR 15 for children 5/10 years; drinks not included), final cleaning if stay is less than 1 week (EUR 20). From 1 July 2012, the municipality of Massa Marittima has introduced the resort tax of € 2 per person and night for max. 5 nights (excl. minors and disabled, not autosufficient people). In the following years, the resort tax has to be paid from 1 March until 31 October.

Cancellation Cancellation policy: - Within 60 days before the arrival day guests have to pay 30% of the total cost - From 59th to 35th day before the day of arrival, the cancellation policy will be 50% of the total cost - From 34 days before the day of arrival the cancellation policy will be 90% of the total cost - In case of no show and early departure, the customer will be required to pay the total cost of the booking - We require the credit card number with expiration: the structure reserves the right to charge the amount provided in the contract in case of cancellation
