  From Milan

1. Highway A1 towards Parma.

2. From Parma take the highway A15 towards Rosignano.

3. The motorway ends in Rosignano and after the toll station take the State Road SS1 towards Roma/Grosseto.

4. Exit Follonica Nord and from there follow towards Castiglione della Pescaia.

5. Before the start of the village Castiglione della Pescaia, at the sign Rocchette, turn right. Follow the road until you'll see the hotel on your right.

From Rome

1. Take the motorway A12 towards Civitavecchia.

2. The motorway ends at Civitavecchia and contineu then on the state road SS1 towards Grosseto/Livorno.

3. Exit Grosseto Sud and then towards Castiglione della Pescaia.

4. Entering Castiglione della Pescaia from South, continue towards Follonica, best using the bypass, the so called panoramica. After having passed Castiglione della Pescaia and after the end of the pinewood lining the road, you should turn left to Le Rocchette. Follow the road until you'll see the hotel on your right.
