The price includes	Small welcome present, final cleaning, air conditioning, consumption, bed linen, towels, 2 bathrobes with weekly change, Courtesy set, heated jacuzzi (from April until end October), wireless internet, parking of 1 car at the beach I Pianetti at Marina di Donoratico, SKY Vision Gold from 1st May until 30th October, highchair and cot on request (free of charge if the child is part of the max. occupancy of the apartment).

The price doesn't include	For daily stays the use of the kitchen in the garden suites is upon payment (€ 10 per day), breakfast (€ 15 p.p./day), hotel service (18-24 p.p./day for apartments until 2 pers., € 10-14 p.p./day for apartments from 3 pers. on). From November till March, the use of the private, heated jacuzzi has a cost of EUR 8,- per day.

Booking	30% down payment on the moment of booking. Balance on the spot.
