General Conditions
Arrival	from 16.00 until 19.00 (Please respect the time!)

Departure	until 10.00 (Please respect the time!)

Minimum Stay	1 week, from Saturday to Saturday in Seasons C and D. Minimum stay in A and B is 3 days.

The price includes	Electricity, water, gas, bed linen and towels with weekly change, use of the swimming pool and water massage, table tennis, table football, tennis, basket, boccia, barbecue, pizza ofen, parking, use of the mountain bikes, use of the washing machine, stables, swimming pool, taxes, welcome gift with farm produce.

The price doesn't include	Heating (EUR 10/day for each apt.), final cleaning (EUR 25 per apartment), wi-fi internet (€ 10 per week).

Booking	In order to book definitely is required a 30% down payment. Balance has to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation	In case of cancellation of the reservation at least 3 months before the arrival date, half of the down payment will be paid back.

Credit Cards

Note	Small pets allowed. For couples and stays in low and mid season special rates! 10% discount for the second week of stay in low and mid season. Possibility to purchase on the spot our traditionally pressed olive oil and wine.
