Arrival	from 3 until 8 p.m.

Departure	until 9 a.m.

Minimum Stay	1 week

The price includes	Use of the apartment including bed linen and towels (with weekly change) gas, electricity, wifi, final cleaning.

The price doesn't include	Extra set of towels (€ 8 p.p.), extra set of bed linen (€ 10 p.p.), extra cleaning (€ 20), babysitter (€ 15/h), farm products, breakfast (€ 7,50 p.p.), 4 course dinner incl. espresso, 1/2 bottle of water and wine p.p. (max € 30 p.p.)

Booking	30% down payment as booking confirmation, balance on the arrival.

Cancellation	In case of cancellation of the reservation, the down payment can't be paid back.
