General Conditions
Arrival	from 15.00 until 18.00

Departure	until 10.00

Minimum Stay	Minimum stay is 3 nights during low and mid season. In C and D it is only possibile to book 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday.

The price includes	ROOMS: all taxes VAT 10%, electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, daily towel and linen changing, bath towel for the pool, breakfast, use of swimming pool, use of Calidarium Beauty Centre, parking. APARTMENTS: all taxes VAT 10%, electricity, gas, water, heating, Air Conditioning Final cleaning, linen and towels, bathing towel for the pool, parking, use of swimming pool, use of Calidarium Beauty Centre. VILLA: taxes VAT 10%, 4 hours cleaning once a week, electricity, water, one weekly linen and towel changing, 1 bath towel for each person for the swimming pool, final cleaning, parking, use of swimming pool, use of Calidarium Beauty Centre.

The price doesn't include	ROOMS: laundry service, telephone, mini-bar , baby- cot, extra bed. APARTMENTS: extra cleaning, extra towel and linen changing, laundry service, telephone, baby-cot, extra bed. VILLA: heating, air conditioning , telephone, laundry service, extra cleaning, extra linen and towel changing, baby-cot, extra bed.

Booking	At the reservation a Non-Refundable Down Payment of 30% to be paid through Credit Card is required. 60 days before Check-In the Final Payment of 70% is required through Credit Card.

Cancellation	From the reservation to 51 days before the Check In date, 30% Cancellation Fee is required. From 50 days before Check-In 15 days before Check In date, 50% Cancellation Fee is required. From 14 days before Check-In 0 hours before Check In date and No Show, 100% Cancellation Fee is required.
