General Conditions

Minimum Stay	3 nights

The price includes	Electricity, use of the swimming pool, bathroom towels (no towels for the pool), bed linen, air conditioning during the night, booking of museums, restaurants etc. cot, extra bed, shuttle from and to Florence or Pisa airport (4 pers.), final apartment cleaning.

The price doesn't include	Extra cleaning and linen change, internet,small pets allowed (€ 30 for final extra cleaning), heating €10,00 per day for the apartments Loggia and Belvedere, € 15 for Torre, Solatio and Visconti. It is possible to get extra cleaning and extra change of bed linen and towels. concordare. On request breakfast (with homemade jams, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, fruit juice, coffee, tea, cappuccino (€ 8 p.p.). It is furthermore possible to book half board (breakfast + dinner € 20 p.p./day). However, once a week will be organized a complete Tuscan dinner composed of hors d'oeuvre, starter, main course, homemade dessert, espresso, Chianti wine for € 25 p.p.

Booking	At the moment of booking, 30% down payment, balance on the arrival by cash.

Cancellation	In case of cancellation of the booking until 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount has to be paid. If the cancellation takes place from the 30th day before arrival until the arrival day, 80% of the total booking amount needs to be paid.

Deposit	At the moment of the arrival, is requested a security deposit of € 150 for each booked apartment that will be given back on the departure if the apartment is left without any damages. From April 1st, the Municipality of Tavarnelle V.P. has introduced the resort tax of € 1.50 per person per day for the first 7 days.

Note	Please advice if it is not possible to arrive during the indicated arrival time. Possibility of B&B and half board.
