Villa Denise - Apartments

Villa Denise is set in the hill outside the small village of Campiglia Marittima, about 15 minutes from the sea of the Maremma Coast in Tuscany. It is an elegant villa in panoramic position with sea view, composed of 6 lovely holiday apartments. Each apartment has independent entrance and can accommodate between 2 and 4 guests, equipped with every modern comfort such as satellite tv, mosquito nets, adjustable shutters for more or less shade during the day, fan, completely equipped kitchenettes, microwave, fridge with freezer and private terrace with table and chairs. The apartments are all equipped in the same style.

Gelsomino and Lavanda
The apartments Gelsomino and Lavanda are situated both on the ground floor of the villa. Both have a small private, not fenced garden in front and a veranda equipped with table and chairs for outside eating. The living area of the Gelsomino apartment is watching the swimming pool, whereas the Lavanda apartment is watching the garden with aromatic plants. From both apartments one can view the Gulf of Baratti; they are furnished and subdivided in the same style, one is mirroring the other, offering:

• huge living/dining room with completely equipped kitchen and sofa bed
• bedroom with the possibility to have or two single beds or one double bed
• bathroom with shower and hairdryer
• completely equipped veranda with table and 4 chairs

Lillà and Ginestra
The apartments Lillà and Ginestra are situated on the ground floor of the villa, at the center of the tow house sides, that are occuppied by the apartments Gelsomino and Lavanda, accessible through the private terrace with table and chairs for outside eating under the open air enjoying the enchanting view of the Gulf of Baratti. The two roomed flats Lillà and Ginestra are composed in the same style and one seems to be the mirror of the other, offering:

• living/dining room with completely equipped kitchen and sofa bed
• double room
• bathroom with shower and hairdryer
• completely equipped terrace with table and 4 chairs

Papavero and Iris

The apartments Papavero and Iris are occuppying the upper floor of the villa. They are very spacious and dispose both of a huge terrace for outside eating with sunshade parasol, table and chairs. From the terrace of the Papavero on the pool side there is a beautiful view over the sea with the Gulf of Baratti and Follonica, for outside eating or to enjoy the sun. From the apartment Iris one views the typical Maremma countryside with the sea of the Gulf of Follonica in the background. Both apartments are very spacious and are the mirror of the other, composed as follows:
