Villa Denise - Description

The holiday home Villa Denise is situated in the outskirts of the hilltop village Campiglia Marittima, in the Province of Livorno, just a few kilometres from the beautiful baches of the sea of the Gulf of Follonica and Baratti.
The villa is composed of 6 holiday apartments offering space for 2 up to 4 persons and a well-cared garden with huge swimming pool (10 x 5 m).
The apartments offer spacious and tastefully furnished rooms.
Each apartment has a huge living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and completely equipped kitchenette, bedroom as well as a private terrace, equipped with table and chairs for outside eating.

The swimming pool, surrounded by a huge solarium and a relaxing area underneath, both with sunbeds, sunshade parasols, tables and chiars, from where the guests can enjoy a marvellous panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and the sea of the Gulf of Baratti and the Gulf of Follonica.
Everywhere in the terraced garden there are  several angles, ideal for reading, finding some shade or enjoying the sun, a barbecue area (also from here: an enchanting panorama) embellished by the lush vegetation with typical plants and aromatic plants such as lavender, rosemary, sage, basil... At the guest's disposal also a laundry with washing machine and  washtub, ironing board and iron as well as internet access.

Villa Denise is situated in an easily to be reached area that is at the same time quiet and lies only a few hundred metres from the village that can be reached also on foot, away.
In the small hilltop village Campiglia Marittima there can be found shops for daily needs such as bakery, grocer's, bank, post office, pharmacy.
Huge supermarkets and further services at near  Venturina (4 km). In only 10 minutes by car one reaches the limpid sea of the Etruscan Coast. Besides the near beach south the seaside resort San Vincenzo, it is worth visditing the Gulf of Baratti with the Etruscan necropolis Populonia, the long beaches of the Gulf of Follonica with Perelli or Torre Mozza.

Those who want to bring their 4-footed friend with them onb holiday, may go to the near Dog Beach at San Vincenzo, with whom Villa Denise has made special arrangement for the whole season. Besides the beautiful seaside it is worth visiting the nearby hilltop villages, some of them famous for the excellent wine production, such as Suvereto (9 km) or Bolgheri (25 km).
Those who love nature, may discover on foot, horseback (riding school 4 km) or with the mountain bikes the area around the villa. During whole year round guests may make use of the nearby Calidario natural. The owners Denise and Patrizia will be glad to help their guests in the organization excursions, wine and product tastings, restaurant bookings, beach service, diving, special events and everything one might do during a holiday.
