General Conditions
Arrival	from 4 to 7 p.m.

Departure	until 10 a.m.

Minimum Stay	7 nights (from Saturday to Saturday)

The price includes	Final cleaning: included, bathroom towels (bath towel +1 towel + towel + carpet shower), satellite TV, swimming pool with solarium, use of BBQ, use of laundry with washing machine, parking, water, electricity, gas included, cot for children under three years included.

The price doesn't include	Animals: € 40.00 per week / € 15.00 and each additional animal; set Towels: € 5.00 per person, extra linen: € 9.00 per person; extra bed: € 40.00 per week; washing machine: € 5.00, heating: € 8.00 per day; internet wi-fi: € 20.00 per day, resort tax € 0.50 per person/day excl. minors.

Booking	At the time of booking is required a deposit of 30% of the stay to be sent by bank transfer. In summer, the balance will be carried out before arrival. During the winter months the payment can be made upon arrival with cash, cash despenser, Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard). Checks are not accepted.

Cancellation	In the event of cancellation by the customer, the conditions for repayment of the advance payment will be the following: 1) the cancellation is received within 30 days full refund, 2) within 15 days refund of 50%, and 3) within 7 days refund of 20% 4) after that, no refund
